- Lead and train team members, promoting growth through our Creative Roots training program.
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring they are ready, safe, and on-site when needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as a trusted contact for clients.

- Experience: 3+ years in the industry, with proven leadership experience.
- Education: Horticultural Certificate preferred; IPM Certificate and WCB First Aid are assets.
- Skills: Expertise in maintaining lawns, shrub beds, water features, irrigation systems, lighting, and plant care (annuals, perennials, hedges, trees).
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide a team while maintaining focus and efficiency.
- Organizational Skills: Time management, scheduling, and attention to detail are critical.
- Customer Service: Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.
- Experience with Zone 5a and 6a plants common to Kelowna.
- Hardscape knowledge or installation experience.
- You're energetic, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You communicate clearly, efficiently, and respectfully.
