Sales Account Executive - Toronto, Canada - Salesbox
Description
Salesbox, a B2B sales company, is looking to bolster its Sales team with a Sales Account Executive (AE).You will be spearheading B2B sales campaigns, fostering client relationships, growing client accounts, and representing Salesbox.
A Salesbox Account Executive is focused on fully managing B2B sales campaigns, promoting client retention, raising the campaign's value through upselling and cross-selling, and growing Salesbox's client roster.
Responsibilities:
- Research and qualify prospects according to ICP
- Rank leads and develop an outbound omnichannel strategy
- Manage and update pipelines, including logging activity, followups, and tasks
- Convert and book qualified sales meetings for clients
- Fulfill campaign sales KPIs (meetings and outreach metrics)
- Respond to client sales inquiries timely
- Maintain a weekly cadence with pipeline and salesrelated campaign updates
- Assist clients through their own sales cycles to close deals
- Troubleshoot client complaints with a proactive approach
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to crosssell and upsell
- Promote Salesbox service offerings and product launches to existing and potential clients
- Represent Salesbox in discovery meetings all the way to the close
- Represent Salesbox on new client onboardings
- Collaborate with other teams on campaignspecific initiatives
Requirements:
- Outstanding English skills (advanced to native level)
- Proficiency with CRM Tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Calendar, Gmail)
- Proficiency in researching prospects and understanding different ICPs
- Proficiency in drafting sales proposals
- Experience with cold calling and handling objections
- Experience with managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Experience in B2B sales as an Account Executive
- Ability to adapt and work in highevolving, agile environments
- Ability to selfmanage, maintain accountability, and lead with proactivity
- US hours time zones (clients in various time zones, PST, CST, EST)
- This is a FULL-TIME position, FULLY REMOTE
- Starts immediately
