We seek an experienced Digital Creator and Social Media Coordinator to produce engaging content for our B2B audience and manage our social media channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating digital assets such as images/graphics, videos, digital ads, landing pages, whitepapers, and more.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Create digital assets that build our brand and drive sales, including images/graphics, ads, videos, clips, and more.
  • Taking ownership of our social media and community channels, writing and scheduling posts, and driving community engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, G2, and other relevant channels.
  • Edit and publish podcast episodes with audio and video elements, including remote interviews with industry experts, and create short highlight clips from longform content.
  • Manage the social media calendar and ensure alignment with our event and broader editorial calendars.
  • Develop a distribution plan for written content (e.g. blog) provided by the Content Marketing Manager, and create the supporting digital assets.
  • Promote our involvement in industry events by developing visual assets and engaging with related communities and networks.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to establish our brand presence on new channels.
  • Identify collectionsrelated news/trends emerging on social media and share insights with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on clientfacing materials and presentations.

Role Requirements:


  • You have 3+ years in B2B content creation and social media management; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
  • You have solid graphic design skills and are a power user of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • You can create sharp B2B marketing videos and know how to transform more extended footage into interesting snippets.
  • You are a strong writer and can create succinct posts that resonate with our audience.
  • When creating content, you can articulate how social media content supports a business objective and consider the channel, audience, and desired goal.
  • You are organized and selfmotivated and can manage multiple projects in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • You are a perfectionist and never publish anything you wouldn't be proud to put your name on.
  • You have strong interpersonal communication skills and can work collaboratively across departments and levels.
