We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious marketing coordinator to actively support and assist our Company in building our online presence by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns connecting with client prospects and forming long term business relationships.

This individual will create and maintain promotional materials and build relationships with prospective clients through a combination of social media and online interactions, networking, meetings, events and trade shows to promote revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability by helping our company communicate products, services and industry information that is valuable to our industry and clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with managing content calendar and social selling platform and maintain and update marketing lists and initiatives within CRM as required
  • Upload content to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat and Instagram)
  • Manage and maintain required platforms
  • Source relevant content, create, build and distribute marketing content and assist in designing and preparing training materials
  • Archive files and keep proper records
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns or campaign initiatives
  • Manage and plan events, trade shows, online activity, direct mail, sponsorships, internal communications etc.
  • Coordinate translation, proofreading, and other marketing functions
  • Maintain, analyze and complete reporting on returnoninvestment (ROI) resulting from marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members and other industry contacts to deliver seamless service and relevant information to external and internal clients
  • Promote the company and brand both internally and externally
  • Assist with the maintenance and sharing of service, industry or firm knowledge, credentials and capabilities for the benefit of partners, team members and clients
  • Support the events planning process including producing name tags, coordinating printing of collaterals, making reservations and sending materials on events site etc.
  • Additional tasks as requested
