- Acting as the privacy management platform subject matter expert on behalf of Enterprise Privacy Compliance.
- Defining, planning, and delivering business requirements related to our privacy management platform.
- Working with collaborators to integrate privacy requirements with other oversight systems and processes to help ensure a single view of privacy risk across the enterprise.
- Clearly identifying acceptance criteria, assumptions, risks, and dependencies along with leading the acceptance testing in conjunction with subject matter experts and technology teams.
- Facilitating discussions with collaborators regarding features in development, acquiring feedback, making decisions, and adjusting plans accordingly to close the feedback loop with collaborators.
- Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of features to evaluate successes and opportunities for future improvements.
- Identifying and operationalizing opportunities to use technology and data to improve privacy program outcomes and increase efficiency.

What role with you play?
As our Enterprise Privacy Technology Product Owner within the Enterprise Privacy Office, you will work closely with privacy subject matter experts, technology teams, and other stakeholders to help ensure our newly acquired privacy management platform is accurately configured and maintained to meet Manulife's needs, as well as helping to ensure the long-term adoption of the tools and non-functional integration with other internal systems and processes.
