Program Coordinator-North Battleford Transition Home
The Program Coordinator (PC) provides support and coordination to the daily operational activities of a program.

The PC assists in the support of individuals in care, with the activities of daily living and in keeping with their individual person-centered plans.

The PC will also provide decision support to the team and liaison with clinical professionals in the absence of the Program Manager.

The Program Coordinator will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, people using services and both internal and external stakeholders._

Requirements:

College Diploma/Degree in a related field, Developmental Services Worker, or equivalent academic credential
Minimum three years of related experience
Excellent computer, communication, creative problem solving and leadership skills
Travel throughout the District is a regular part of the job

The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and be self-motivated.

Must demonstrate sound judgment in making decisions and the performance of their job responsibilities and be capable of facilitating the resolution of contentious interpersonal conflicts, as well as possess analytical problem-solving skills in the areas of human resources, finances, and operations.
