SALES ASSOCIATE

Position:
Full time Permanent

In this role, you will collaborate with the Sales Team, Processing Team and Recruiting Team to achieve sales targets consistently, providing constructive, actionable feedback for improvements.

Key responsibilities:

Following up at various predetermined times to inform client of next available steps
Drive pipeline growth through strong followup and engagement
Maintain all leads, contacts and opportunities in a database
Become a "Product Expert" on the Immigration services we provide to clients
Help to identify and map business strengths and customer needs

This job is for you if you:

Have 1-3 years of Sales or Business Development related sales experience
Ability to consistently achieve or exceed predetermined sales goals
Have exceptional Customer Service skills
Have exceptional phone, written, and interpersonal skills
Have a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
Are self motivated, persistent and able to work independently
Thrive in a startup environment where all teams are agile and ongoing reprioritization is required
