The Role

Trainer Professional.


Reporting into the Regional Training Manager, this is the expert role delivering training and content for either classroom or remote delivery.

What You'll Do


Role Description:

  • Delivers product specific training both classroom and remotely, some aspects will require automotive experience, particularly from the bodyshop segment.
  • Develop training courses that are fit for the local market, keeping content relevant and regularly refreshed.
  • Expert across the Solera products which are being trained, keeping up to date with product enhancements and able to discuss with customers.
  • Support the Sales team with closing training opportunities as the SME for training.
  • Collaborate with other Professional Services team members in the country/region, particularly when involved with major projects eg; supporting migrations of customers across the Solera platforms.
  • Work to KPIs on the quality of the training delivered and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Rev Ops to ensure revenue targets are met.
What You'll Bring

Key Competencies

  • Exceptional customer facing skills, in some cases this role will interact directly with more customers than any other role across the regional/country business.
  • Experienced trainer of software products, or from a learning and development background.
  • Automotive experience will be essential for some product sets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passionate about collaborating and communicating.
  • Ability to build content and presentations, to support training courses.
  • LMS & elearning experience.
