Job Duties
- Own training delivery and training materials/aids
- Gather and analyze information to design, develop, and deliver new training programs (new potential clients)
- Implement client specific training programs regarding product knowledge, customer service skills, roleplaying and phone skills (client specific, customer service etc.).
- Present course material to employees through classroom training, oneonone coaching, group training, using PCs, instructional videos and written materials.
- Assessing the skill level, performance, and competence of each learner
- Conduct validation activities, tests and formal training plan reviews or updates, as applicable; make recommendations based on results (to management)
- Promote and advocate the concepts of peak performance and selfimprovement across the organization
- Review all tests, paperwork provided to the new hires and provide feedback
- Keep track and report any incidents that may happen during the training duration
- Generate positive attitudes and high morale in employees by nurturing a culture of cooperation and the enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Training experience (12 years preferred)
- Customer Service Experience (34 years preferred)
- Experience assessing training needs, creating training material (preferred)
- Excellent at creating high quality presentations using diffeent technologies (e.g. Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.)
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of learning
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, evaluate, and improve others
- Able to customfit training materials around individual needs
- Excellent listening, observing, and questioning skills
- Motivated, energetic, goaloriented, and positive outlook critical
- Strong customer service mindset, time management, prioritization, problemsolving and attention to detail
