- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for financial systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Design and implement solutions to enhance financial systems, streamline processes, and improve data accuracy.
- Understand business needs and configure financial systems accordingly
- Develop and maintain documentation, including financial system requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in a technical Business Analyst or Application Support roles
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts relevant to technical Business Analysis or application support
- Strong working knowledge of financial business applications and financial system implementations
- Experience utilizing Microsoft products including Power BI, Azure, and Office 365
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
