    We are seeking a passionate hands-on Sales leader with a proven record of success, who is excited about driving growth with U.S. Retailers. Reporting to the COO, the Retail Sales Leader U.S. Market – (Apple Products), will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company as we expand our market presence.

    Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
    • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in retail grocery chains and other relevant channels to create strategic partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
    • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product placement and visibility.
    • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies, including pricing, store level execution, trade spending and sales initiatives to achieve financial targets
    • Demonstrate a keen understanding of how to generate and calculate ROI from customer promotions and initiatives.
    • Achieve revenue and gross margin targets for assigned geography.
    • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics for sales.
    • Employ excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
    • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape.
    • Understand the key attributes of products, the needs of consumers and customers and overall trends.

    Qualifications

    • 6-8 years of relevant experience (CPG experience preferred)
    • Familiarity with US Retail landscape is a must
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in revenue growth and market expansion.
    • In-depth understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Thorough understanding of food retailing landscape, including key channel stakeholders, trade spending use of key sales tools and techniques.
    • Well-developed negotiation skills with the ability to communicate and understand the requirements of customers and Martin's to achieve win-win results.
    • Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • Strong drive for results, coupled with superior leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and see them through to completion.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Fully computer literate, including familiarity with Sales Tracking & Analytics software.
    • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
    • Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
