CNC Material Handler
Reporting to the Production Supervisor

As a member of the production team, the CNC Material Handler cuts and prepares all raw materials required for the upcoming jobs on the work order list.

The Material Support Specialist is an organized individual, assisting the production team with a variety of tasks as needed and actively contributes to a positive working environment.

Key Accountabilities

Uses the saw to cut material as required for upcoming jobs
Assists with CNC machine operation as needed
Cleans routers and various workstations
Assists the Production Supervisor with a variety of tasks, including preparing tools for upcoming jobs
Operates a forklift effectively
Uses pallet jack to move material around the shop floor
Responsible for keeping CNC machines lubricated and cleaned (metal chips are removed, machine wipe down and floor swept)
Maintains an organized storage system for all raw materials
Maintains a positive working environment, assisting other members of the production team as needed
Selfmotivated, responsible, well organized, and reliable
Physically capable of lifting as much as 50 pounds
Additional duties as required
