Description

At
NuVista Mental Health - Ottawa, in partnership with True North Psychological Services, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients, clinicians, and staff.

We have created an environment where our clinicians have full autonomy over their own practice, access to private health insurance, administrative support as well as the flexibility to create their own schedule to maintain a positive work-life balance.

We are excited to announce that we have an opening in our Ottawa Clinic for a
Psychologist - Clinic Lead to join our team.

NuVista Mental Health is dedicated to helping all those who suffer from mental health issues. We practice a holistic approach to mental health.

How we think, feel and behave is the result of complex interactions between our biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors.

The therapeutic approaches our team uses take each of these factors into account.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other mental health professionals, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Clinical Therapists.

NuVista Mental Health - Ottawa is also a specialized treatment centre that focuses on brain-based healing approaches. The brain plays a central role in our physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Most symptoms are directly connected to our brain patterns and NuVista offers multiple forms of treatment to target brain regulation and overall healing.

As the Clinic Lead you will have the opportunity to provide mentorship, education and supervision to the rest of the team.

If interested, you will also have an opportunity to learn more about our neurofeedback programs and participate in training.

This role comes with a signing bonus and competitive compensation in recognition of your experience and leadership skills.
