- Maintaining accurate project documentation files.
- Keeping Setup Managers, Project Managers informed of any issues.
- Coordinating meetings with relevant colleagues and internal departments.
- Participating in local and global improvement projects.
- Participating in internal audits, as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry.
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proven track record of quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.

En tant que Coordinateur Senior de Mise en Place de Projet de Laboratoire, vous fournirez un soutien lié au projet, aiderez à concevoir, charger et valider les bases de données de laboratoire en utilisant le(s) Système(s) de Gestion des Essais Cliniques, en veillant à ce que le travail soit effectué conformément aux procédures opérationnelles standard, aux politiques et aux bonnes pratiques.
Ce que vous ferez :
· Aider aux activités de validation de l'étude.
· Rechercher des problèmes, recueillir des informations et assurer la liaison avec les collègues du laboratoire.
· Configurer la base de données du projet, le cas échéant.
· Maintenir des fichiers de documentation de projet précis.
· Tenir les responsables de la mise en place, les chefs de projet informés de tout problème.
· Coordonner les réunions avec les collègues concernés et les départements internes.
· Participer à des projets d'amélioration locaux et mondiaux.
· Participer aux audits internes, si nécessaire.
Ce que nous recherchons :
· Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
· Diplôme de Bachelor en Sciences de la Vie ou dans un domaine connexe préféré.
· Minimum 1 an d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie Clinique, Médicale ou des Soins de Santé.
· Une autre combinaison équivalente d'éducation, de formation et d'expérience peut être acceptée à la place du diplôme.
Les connaissances, compétences et aptitudes nécessaires pour ce rôle :
· Solides compétences organisationnelles et de coordination.
· Preuve d'une qualité, d'une précision et d'une attention aux détails éprouvées.
· Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, y compris une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise.
· Maîtrise de l'informatique dans les applications de traitement de texte et de tableur.
