Are you looking for a challenging position in a company where health and safety is at the forefront? Join our team This position is on the evening shift and the primary responsibilities are:

See to the proper functioning of the various equipment and production lines of the plant.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as required.
Design and manufacture improvements for the various equipment.
Train the operators on the various systems and equipment of the plant Receive parts and equipment.
Use the maintenance software to update work orders and preventive maintenance, as well as to update the parts inventory.

We need your expertise:

DEP in electromechanics
Good mechanical, pneumatic and electrical knowledge
Ability to weld and do fabrication
Master preventive and corrective maintenance
Be resourceful
Concern for a job well done
Ability to adapt and solve problems
Be concerned about health and safety in the workplace
Ability to read, write and count effectively Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
Bilingual, French and English, spoken and written (an asset)
Knowledge of programming software (an asset) Class C (an asset)

Some benefits of working at Sika Canada:

Starting salary of $27.42/hour with an evening premium of $0.70/hour
After the 800 hour probation, salary of $28.73/hr
After 2080 hours, salary increase and every year thereafter, depending on the collective agreement.
Clothing (shirts and pants) provided and washed by the employer.
