Duties and Requirements

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the provision of material to all packing lines, the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, and the organization and fulfillment of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Operate all mobile equipment in a safe manner
• Ensure pallets of material and equipment are properly labelled (material name, lot number, quantity, allergen) and safely secured to their pallets before loading into storage
• Ensure all packing stations are loaded and staged with material at all times
• Use the IFS program to issue raw materials to production lines, ship customer orders, and receive materials into storage
• Ensure finished product is loaded into storage as soon as possible
• Consolidate pallets of material where necessary to maximize storage availability
• Fix all damaged bags and spills as soon as possible and in the appropriate manner
• Ensure all material, product, packaging, and orders are organized efficiently and stored properly
• Ensure all finished pallets are shipped as per the scheduled date
• Inspect and organize all received materials; deliver materials to their proper locations
• Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles and containers for cleanliness, repair, and hazards
• Perform daily sanitation tasks and keep the warehouse as clean and organized
• Receive all incoming grain trucks to their appropriate silo
• Communicate all order delays or quality issues with the appropriate party (QA/QC, Shift Supervisor, Purchasing, Logistics)
• Follow all company policies

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
