About the role:

In this role, you'll own the SAP Material Management business processes across all metallurgical Glencore North America sites. You'll Own Master Data governance processes and changes.

You'll be responsible for change management across sites (training, testing, communication, planning and execution) as well as lead and monitor the SAP support process for MM.

In this role, you will:

Propose solutions to SAP MM related issues;
Work with superusers to troubleshoot issues and implement optimized processes for Finance;
Collaboration with other SAP streams such as Plant Maintenance, Finance and Commodity Management;
Close cooperation with the global teams regarding knowledgesharing and business development for specific expert topics;
Work with sites on defining/improving test scripts and coordinate testing when required;
Communicate key strategic dates to businesses, define schedule and make sure users are mobilized to perform testing;
Coordinate with global support on test results and followups.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Experience and understanding of SAP MM module;
Good knowledge of SAP MM processes and best practices;
Excellent communication skills in English & French;
Ability to manage a team of Subject Matter experts at multiple sites to ensure SAP issues are highlighted and resolved in a timely manner;
Project management skills;
Capacity for teamwork, analysis and conceptual thinking;

Language:
Bilingual (English and French).
