As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks and projects such as strategic planning and promotional campaign development.

Your Role at Fromageries Des Trois Rapides
Under the leadership of the President and Founder, you will:

  • Develop marketing plan for business development with key objectives
  • Manage all external advertising, instore advertising and promotion
  • Managing social media content and promotion
  • Coordinating special events for attendance and brand promotion
  • Maintain store visual merchandising inventories and coordinate adequate levels with appropriate volume and mix of products.
  • Collaborating with partners in maximizing store revenue with attractive products.
  • Sourcing and inventory procurement for Cheese complimentary products
  • Enhancing the store atmosphere and décor with decorative units adding to customer experience.
  • Ensure sales growth by meeting established targets
  • Monitor overall profitability
  • Ensure sales forecasting is accurate and up to date.
  • Time to time Green Beaver marketing initiatives

Requirements:


  • Entrepreneurial mind set.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Able to build marketing plans to deliver on objectives
  • Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives and rollout programs while managing expectations
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multitasking and timemanagement skills to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and quality standards
  • Bilingual French and English

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$34,412.27-$124,317.31 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hawkesbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
