Qualifications vary between positions and wages depend on experience and certifications.

There's also paid tuition for apprentice schooling, fully paid courses for confined space, WHMIS, Forklift training, First Aid training, Fall pro and much more

Responsibilities

Construct, erect, install and strip wood and engineered formwork systems for columns, walls, suspended slabs, slab on grade and concrete stairs
Erect and build scaffolding for access
Install anchor bolts and embedded steel for concrete pours
Frame walls, roofs, interior walls, build stairs, decks, etc
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subfloor, erect walls and roof systems
General labour duties and cleanup as required
May work with or near chemicals, cranes and moving equipment

Skills and Attributes

Have knowledge of construction practices and operation of tools in order to work safely and efficiently follow direction from the Site Foreman.
Have a basic to intermediate level of construction knowledge in terms practices and operation of tools in order to work safely and efficiently follow direction from the Site Foreman.
Experience in Framing is preferred
Work safely and efficiently under mínimal supervision.
Physically fit.
Strong work ethic and valued team member.
Able to work at heights and balance on platforms, scaffolds and decks
Display good verbal and written communication skills when working with other employees

Working outside exposure to the elements
Wages and fringes are at Union rates and also include medical/dental benefits and Pension contributions.
