KUBRA is in growth mode and currently seeking a talented Security Operation Analyst to join our growing IT Security team As a Security Operation Analyst you will be responsible for enhancing and validating the compliance, integrity and security of all KUBRA Data Transfer Ltd.

What you get to do every day:

  • To be part of 24x7x365 security monitoring team to ensure that the organization's information assets are protected from compromise arising from unauthorized access.
  • Being the custodian/process owner of security incident response plan of the organization
  • Identify and report possible security incidents and their classification or ranking in terms of criticality/severity and impact.
  • Monitoring a network of sensors and security tools to proactively identify potential cybersecurity threats 24x7x36
  • Analyzing identified anomalies for their severity and potential impact and prioritizing them for remediation.
  • Isolating incidents and implementing controls to prevent future events.
  • Analyzing security breaches to identify the root cause
  • Continuously updating the company's incident response plan.
  • Participate in oncall rotation to respond, investigate, and resolve Security Incidents.
  • Will be required to carry a mobile device and provide oncall and afterhours support, on a rotatingbases. Must provide an initial response within 15 minutes.

  • Teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude capable of fostering strong working relationships with all levels of staff within the organization as well as external contacts
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan, research topics and be creative

What skills do you need?:

  • Certification/Degree or equivalent Experience in Computer Information Systems
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution deployment and configuration experience (i.e. QRadar /Exabeam)
  • Experience leading security investigations and potential network intrusions/security incidents
  • Advanced Threat Prevention configuration and monitoring experience (i.e. CrowdStrike, Wildfire)
  • Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The following certifications are highly preferred, but not required:

  • CISSP
  • Security
  • CompTIA
