Summary of Position:
Manage Medical and HCP engagement activity process in compliance with Client policies:
- Manage the event engagement system and processes
- Support and onboard all system users
- Manage other Medicallyled activities
Accountabilities
- Manage daytoday HCP engagement activity documentation from submission to closeout including but not limited to:
- Develop and continually improve processes linked to the engagement system working in conjunction with Global support and technical teams.
- Ensure all agreement and payment documents and signatures necessary for HCP engagement activities are processed and closed out according to policies.
- Manage and maintain a database and process related to HCP Onboarding for Tier and payment management according to medical and financial policies.
- Maintain and manage communication between the Legal/ERC, Sales and Marketing and the Medical division as it relates to system improvements, downtimes and process changes.
- Create, maintain and deliver training materials for all Canadian users centrally in Teams.
- Manage user management and approval flow setup according to policies.
- Manage Medical Material review by ensuring the process is followed according to policies in the management system
- Create and manage all POs and IOs for the MedCom and MS/MA cost centres for all Therapeutic Areas
- Budget tracking support including meetings with involved parties (Finance, Therapeutic areas heads, etc.
- Processing of accruals, journal entries, and Inter-Company Services Invoices (ICSI)
- Fulfil other duties as required
Competencies:
- Lead without authority.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills: Need to communicate clearly internally and externally with Medical Experts, agencies and other.
- Attention to detail and excellent concentration skills: The applicant must be solutionfocused to help clients resolve their problems.
- Associate needs to perform all duties listed in Role Profile in accordance with applicable and internal/external regulations (IMC Code of Ethical Practices, Health Canada and all other relevant regulations).
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Bilingualism
- Oral and Written: English and French.
- CEGEP level equivalent degree and/or related professional/industry experience (in pharma or other).
Working Conditions and / or Job Requirements:
- Use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing and other office functions).
- Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours to support operations requirements.
