We are seeking a seeking an energetic, relentlessly positive, forward-thinking Brand Manager

This role is the leader of Marketing, linking insights to action as they strategically plan, develop, and direct key marketing efforts behind all Genuine Health brands and products.

The Brand Manager's priority is to actively lead the marketing strategy, design and implementation of plans.


Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the brand marketing strategies for Canada & USA
• Develop and implement the communication plan including traditional media and brand partnerships
• Develop and implement the instore activation plan, in collaboration with the sales team.
• Manage the brand on a daytoday basis by developing innovative marketing strategies to implement them and to follow the different execution components
• Work effectively with Genuine Health's Digital Marketing, New Product Development & Insights teams
• Assist in the naming, position and communication of new and renovated products
• Monitor and control the marketing budget and its impact on the profitability of its brand.
• Collaborate with Insights team to monitor and analyze the performance of the brand and markets concerned, forecast their changes and propose recommendations.
• Liaise with external agencies as required
• Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports

Qualifications and Skills:

• A university or college degree in Marketing and/or Business
• 35 years of experience in a Consumer Brand Management role, CPG experience preferred
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Resultsoriented with experience working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
• Highly collaborative and has a strength in creating mutuallybeneficial solutions
• Excellent project management skills
• A selfstarter, who can work both independently and within a team
• High attention to detail and deadlines
• Trade and/or Shopper Marketing experience an asset
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
