Effective April 1, 2024 the salary range for this position is $83,037 to $120,691 per year in compliance with AMAPCEO collective agreement provisions. The new rates, effective retroactive to April 1, 2024, were recently confirmed and dates for implementation of the new salary rates are still to be determined.

What can I expect to do in this role?: Working with a cross-functional team of high performing individuals, you will lead, design and implement projects and initiatives primarily using leading Oracle Mulesoft, and Salesforce technologies.

You will oversee and deliver enterprise solutions impacting multiple tenants across the OPS.

Things to expect in this role, you will:
- plan, lead, design, and implement complex enterprise solutions from inception through to operations
- lead, build and prototype new components, technologies and services
- lead and guide support and maintenance activities with multiple tenants and the expansion of the technical architecture and solution design of a complex Oracle Siebel Public Sector Implementation with multiple integrations with cloud technologies such as Salesforce
- provide solution and technical oversight for multiple projects at a time, including sharing expertise on standards, guidelines, and design patterns based on industry best practices for custom solutions on the Oracle (Siebel) and/or Salesforce platform
- collaborate with project team and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and create technical design documents
- act as the technical Subject Matter Expert in meetings, presentations, and discussions
- collaborate with the solution support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- lead code reviews, ensures code quality and maintain code repositories
- provide guidance on solution as well as technical design and infrastructure, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states to deliver a solution
- identify complex systems issues, determining areas of risk, and recommending innovative alternatives and options for resolution
- develop reports and recommendations to support senior level decision-making
- oversees and plans technical deployments and release for multiple tenants

How do I qualify?:

Technical Expertise:

You have:
- hands-on experience with customization and configuration with Oracle (Siebel) CRM, and/or Salesforce CRM
- demonstrated experience with developing and leading solutions with Javascript, API integrations, low-no code technologies (e.g. Salesforce)
- knowledge of or experience with other technologies such as Siebel, MS Dynamics, Java/JEE, multi-tiered I&IT technologies, PKI, LDAP, or Oracle DB
- worked in Agile development, and collaborates witha cross functional team including business stakeholders
- knowledge of service delivery management, resource management and operational planning for multiple complex systems platforms, in order to manage and optimize the full platform life cycle
- you have hands-on experience architecting and troubleshooting production issues of a complex multi-tenanted solution with multiple integration points

Leadership Expertise and Project Management Knowledge:

Leadership in guiding the support, maintenance and expansion of the technical architecture and solution design of a complex Oracle Siebel Public Sector Implementation
