We are seeking a Remote Conveyancer to provide conveyancing services on a contract, per file, basis.

Duties are:

• timely preparation of all documents required in sale/purchase/refinance transactions on an as needed basis;
• preparation of all correspondence including, but not limited to, reports to lenders, clients, buyers, sellers, etc.

The successful candidate will have:

• several years experience as a conveyancer (experience in residential conveyancing is required, experience in commercial and development transactions preferred);
• consistent access to a computer, internet access, and telephone.

Job Types: Permanent, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $1.00-$3,000.00 per month
