Key Duties include:

  • Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Conduct technical writing and documentation for project deliverables
  • Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends and make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success
  • Use Smartsheet or similar project management tools to track progress and manage tasks
  • Utilize VersionOne or similar agile project management software for iterative development projects
  • Familiarity with SAS or similar analytics software for data analysis and reporting purposes
  • Present project updates and reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables are met according to contract terms
  • Develop a detailed materials list as per the scope of work and PM's estimates
  • Coordinate materials for delivery or pick up as required
  • Assist with the development of project schedules and task timelines
  • Assist PM with selection of subcontractors
  • Update and maintain communications with PMA, and Scheduling
  • Obtain signed change orders for all work not on original estimate
  • Assist with showing sample options to insureds and obtaining selections
  • Complete minor deficiencies to acceptable quality standards
  • Assist with and arrange site cleanup and debris removal as required
  • Ensure all relevant safety standards are followed according to WorkSafe BC requirements

Skills:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
  • Experience with IT infrastructure projects and project engineering principles
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or VersionOne
  • Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in SAS or similar analytics software is a plus

Job Types:

Salary:
$80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Project management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
