Position Description:
Avante Control Center Operator, Executive Services Division


Position Objective

  • Ensure clients' needs are met using a proactive, professional customer service approach.
  • Provide a key contact for crisis situations that are called into the ACC.
  • Keep Avante management and field Operatives informed of critical events, changes to clients needs, advised of daily tasks/events or other activities to ensure safe operations.
  • Timely communication of critical information to necessary parties that is required to be notified.

Responsibilities

  • Client Services_
  • Answering and responding to calls from all over the world in accordance to the established procedures.
  • Update information on a daily basis in accordance with clients' needs.
  • Screening callers/situations associated with various circumstances such as Bomb Threat, Hostage situations, Evacuations, Harassment and any crisis situation.
  • Ensure client concerns are forwarded to appropriate personnel (i


e:

Client Services, Technical Support, Administration).

  • Assist clients with any requests they may have
  • Verify client identification prior to releasing confidential information.
  • Control and accountability of all daily occurrences (mobile, static guards, and executive divisions). Pass on all details to management so they may follow up with client.
  • Supervision_
  • Supervise Executive Operatives to ensure that daily activities/tasks are completed and client's needs are met.
  • Assign duties to Operatives based on specific client criteria.
  • Monitor operations board.
  • Verify information on 10/12 sheets and in database.
  • Maintain and authorize release of key numbers and alarm system codes.
  • Enforce and practice all Emergency Procedures (i.e. Evacuation, Alarms).
  • Administer Personnel Documentations regarding operational staff to
Management when required.

  • Monitor virtual security cameras as required.
  • Data Entry_
  • Update and post client away list and patrol sheets.
  • Track and record use of equipment.
  • Ensure all forms required for the operations are fully stocked
  • Enter information into Katware system pertaining to Alarms and Secured Transports.
  • Update client files as necessary.
  • Develop recommendations for efficiency and ease of use.
  • Inspect the key bag and ensure all keys are accounted for on a daily basis.

  • Conduct frequent checks of mail that has been picked up to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Familiarity with clients traveling and their itineraries.
  • Read operational brief books daily, to keep abreast of occurrences.

Education (preferred)

  • University Degree or College Diploma in a related field.
  • Customer Service experience a plus.

Experience (required)
years professional experience in a security related field.

  • Client, customer service and call center experience would be an asset.

Expertise and Other Qualifications

  • Dependent and reliable, and adaptable to change.
  • Prioritizes projects and acts accordingly, able to complete tasks to deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of alarm systems (CCTV, DVR).
  • Uses initiative with common sense and good judgment.
  • Ability to use Internet search engines.
  • Knowledge of computer programs that are commonly used. i.e. WORD
  • Provides timely feedback on project status to appropriate staff.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing clearly and concisely.
  • A serviceoriented team player

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
