***As a key member of the Carfair Composites accounting department, your duties will include the consolidation of all the locations' financial information as well as providing support to key projects.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Review and consolidation of the Carfair FRP financial statement package for all plants
  • Consolidation of the budget packages for all plants
  • Enhancement and consolidation of the financial projection for all plants
  • Consolidation of weekly reports on key metrics
  • Variance analysis; monthly financial highlights and key points
  • Work with other departments to validate the return on projects
  • Assist with the implementation of new systems at Carfair and other special projects
  • Point of contact for all audit requests
  • Implement consistent accounting policies across all Carfair locations and ERPs
  • Enhancement of the monthend process across all Carfair locations (reduce monthend length, enhance balance sheet account reconciliations)
  • Assisting with adhoc reports and projects across all plants.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Post-secondary degree in accounting, CPA designation
  • 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Syspro, Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be selfmotivated, detailoriented, organized, accurate and able to prioritize.
