All-Equip Repair & Service is currently looking for a lead hand to help in our fast-growing Platinum Trailer line in St.
Marys.

All-Equip Repair & Service has 2 locations to serve you better. We have locations in Stratford, Ontario and St.
Marys, Ontario. We have been in business for over 8 years and now have added are platinum Trailer lineup

Our St. Mary's shop also does refurbishing, custom and production build of trailers. We offer permanent full-time, year-round employment, working Monday to Friday, day shift only.

We also offer competitive wages based on experience, weekly pay schedule, medical, and dental care benefits and an RRSP plan.


Responsibilities:


  • The Lead Hand will report directly to the Shop Supervisor.
  • Ensure the safety of employees.
  • Ensure jobs are being performed properly and efficiently.
  • Help out where needed.

Requirements:


  • Must be familiar with plasma table operations
  • Must be selfstarter
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of various tools and equipment.
  • Work well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Setting up a work schedule for your team
  • Must have inventory knowledge (metal thicknesses and different metal types)
Salary is negotiable.
