Job summary
The Nurse Navigator reports to the Manager of Surgical Pathways and acts in accordance with established SHA policies and the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Standards of Practice.The Nurse Navigator will work in collaboration with other health care providers including community partners and agencies to promote care based on best practice.
The position requires highly developed clinical assessment skills and critical thinking,
