We are looking for an individual who can provide superior customer service and professionalism while carrying out the functions of conducting a patient watch. This role requires monitoring the safety, security, and confidentiality of patients who present a danger to themselves or others.

• Monitor the patient's overall safety
• Ensure the safety of all stakeholders with de-escalation techniques
• Log and report incidents reported by hospital staff, physicians, patients or visitors
• Utilize two-way radio and computer applications for site activities communication
