Receptionist/office Assistant - Surrey, Canada - Primary Rehab Clinic

Description

Our office is currently looking to fill a part-time (1.5 days) position starting in June. We are a chiropractic, massage therapy, kinesiology and counseling clinic.


Your duties will include:
answering the phones, booking appointments, greeting patients, accounts and billings. Your hours will be 4-12 hours per week. We are a family type clinic and provide a great supportive environment for our employees. Our clinic uses the Jane App program so experience with this program is an asset. However, we will train if you have the qualifications we are looking for. Punjabi speaking an asset.
