Description

The Service Coordinator - Dispatch is responsible to deploy the technicians to different sites and task. They are the first point of contact with external customers dealing with different issues.

In a typical day, YOU will:

Performs field technician dispatching, prioritizes workloads and service call schedule
Answers calls from customers both internal and external providing efficient, courteous and professional communication
Proceeds with the Pre-Approval process and follow through of COD work order
Proceeds with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders
Assist with coordinating of Customer Service Agreements (CSAs) through contract management software (EMT)
Prepares and process purchase orders
Supports the supervisor and service managers as necessary
Assist other service depts. and colleague with scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs
Expedite Warranty work orders through warranty coordinator

Must-haves for this role:

Minimum postsecondary education
2+ years of experience in support/service operations position
