Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deploy contractors for onsite preventative maintenance and job task as needed.
Independently execute repairs and carry out minor maintenance operations to mechanical, plumbing and building equipment

- to paint, perform minor carpentry and maintain exterior grounds as required (exception: services performed under contract)

To regularly inspect the entire premises from a maintenance and safety standpoint, and file required reports with supervisor.
Operates floor care machines (drive Zamboni throughout warehouse to maintain standard and compliance).
Operate snow plow and loader during the winter months to maintain safe and clear grounds and path to entrances
General and minor repairs to dock plates, overhead doors, seals and trims or coordinate with contractors to complete.
Responsible for ordering housekeeping and maintenance supplies from vendors and maintain inventory as needed
Identify and report safety hazards and fulfill all Health & Safety, WHMIS, and MSDS, policy requirements.
Picks up garbage/recycling and transports to designated areas as needed
Adheres to established facility policies and procedures, including safety rules and safe working practices.
Prepare documentation as required according to facility policies and to the health and safety committee.
Perform other duties and complete additional projects as assigned.
