    How you'll make a difference:

  • Prepare high quality Revit models and engineering drawings for mass timber, steel, masonry and concrete buildings
  • Work with architects, interior designers, mechanical and electrical engineers to create truly integrated and sustainable design solutions
  • Coordinate details with other disciplines
  • Opportunity to grow your knowledge by attending site reviews and inspections, as well as review the contractor's work to ensure compliance with the project drawings and specifications
  • Prepare documents required for approvals, and construction cost estimates, tenders, and contracts
  • Provide design support to engineers, architects, and other technologists
  • Work with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved and maintained
  • Who you are:

  • A Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Architectural Technology
  • 4+ years of structural modelling experience working on mixed-use commercial/residential, school and post-secondary, healthcare, or institutional buildings is preferred
  • Knowledge of building codes is an asset
  • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, team oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
