This is a Salary + commission position, with no sales caps. The sky is the limit


Sales Representative Responsibilities:


  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and understanding their buying needs.
  • Educating potential buyers on our products.
  • Advising clients in the design of their individualized/Custom Tiny House.

Generating detailed quotes of clients' tiny house design, including knowing their needs and making sure that we build a tiny house to fit those needs.

Communicating with customers during and after the sales and manufacturing process is complete, to ensure they get full customer satisfaction

  • Cold calling new prospect clients and developing new sales leads
  • Lead generation
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Meeting Monthly Sales targets

CRM Systems

  • Must have experience using CRM Systems (preferably Hubspot)

Design Aspect

  • Computer Skills are
    ESSENTIAL:
  • You must be keen to learn as we will be training you to become a Tiny House Expert so that you can consult clients correctly.

Attributes we find Essential in our Sales Representatives:

  • Must be good at building genuine lasting relationships with clients.
  • Must be keen to learn about our products. In this position you will need to know everything that there is to know about our products so that you can properly consult with clients.
  • Must have strong verbal communication and writing skills. Grammar is important
  • Must have strong timemanagement skills. Must have the ability to work quickly, and efficiently
  • Must be detailed oriented when estimating, and working on a tiny house design/layout with a client
  • Must be able to get to know each client, to ensure you are selling them something they NEED. For example, if you sell them an item they don't know how to use, they may be very unhappy later on. We want you to sell them a tiny house that will work for them.
  • Must be able to generate your own leads when necessary. The tiny house possibilities are endless, we just need the help in selling them Ability to Prospect is important.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Must have great closing ability & a good previous sales track record.
  • Must offer excellent customer service (Following up with clients, walking them through our design process, guiding them through the manufacturing stage, etc)
  • Must be experienced in selling to the end consumer.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Great Telephone and Communication skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills

Must-have Qualifications:


  • Valid Driver's license
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business or another applicable field. Experience in lieu is fully acceptable.
  • 3 years of previous experience in Sales with a high closing rate.

Work Hours & Benefits
This is a Full Time, Permanent position, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth within the company.

This job is a Salary position + Commission on each sale made.


Commissions are paid at a flat rate, you will be incentivized to sell clients what they need, instead of the most expensive product that they can afford.

This position is not just a typical 9-5 job, you will be paid a base salary in order to cover regular hours, in order to achieve sales you must have the flexibility and drive to work extra hours if required to complete the sale.
