Job summary

The Manager, Human Relations & Corporate Programs plays a strategic leadership role in supporting corporate functional teams across Bimbo Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage onsite HR operations throughout the GTA, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety regulations within manufacturing/field environments.
  • Partner with site leaders to drive associate engagement, retention and performance management initiatives aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.

Experience & Education

  • Proven experience in leading multiple rounds of collective bargaining as the primary negotiator over the past few years.
