Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate new online sales opportunities, platforms, and technologies.
E-commerce Management:
- Manage the company's ecommerce platform(s), ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
Customer Engagement:
- Use digital marketing tools and techniques to engage and retain online customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling online campaigns.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Drive lead generation efforts to increase the online customer base.
- Implement strategies to convert leads into sales, including followup and nurturing.
Online Presence:
- Enhance the company's online presence through effective use of social media, SEO, and other online channels.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track online sales performance, customer behavior, and key metrics.
- Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of online sales strategies.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to align online sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with customer support to address online customer inquiries and issues.
Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Online Advertising:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels and platforms.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce software and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
