Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's ecommerce platform(s), ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.

Customer Engagement:


  • Use digital marketing tools and techniques to engage and retain online customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling online campaigns.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Drive lead generation efforts to increase the online customer base.
  • Implement strategies to convert leads into sales, including followup and nurturing.

Online Presence:


  • Enhance the company's online presence through effective use of social media, SEO, and other online channels.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Utilize analytics tools to track online sales performance, customer behavior, and key metrics.
  • Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of online sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using ecommerce software and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media, and other digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
