Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift experience
Familiarity with hand tools
Physical capability to perform manual labour and lift heavy objects
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
Willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

Operating equipment: proficiently drive a forklift to transport parts to and from machines
Part preparation: assisting with deburring, painting, and shipping preparation of parts
Material handling: manage chip and scrap bins, ensuring they are regularly emptied, as well as organizing pallets with parts
General maintenance: general duties such as sweeping floors, emptying garbage's, and other cleaning duties as necessary
Propane tank handling: responsible for filling propane tanks while adhering to safety protocols
Outdoor maintenance: handling snow removal, yard cleaning, and pallet burning duties
Additional duties: assisting the foreman, shipping and receiving department, and QC department as necessary
