Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN)


Bayshore Home Care Solutions is pleased to partner with HealthForceOntario (HFO) as an approved employer for the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) which provides a $25,000 incentive to eligible nurses in exchange for a 24-month commitment to an eligible employer.


To be eligible for the CCPN, a nurse must:

  • Not have been employed as a nurse in Ontario in the six months prior to being hired;
  • Hold a Certificate of Registration in good standing from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Begin employment no later than March 31, 202
  • Commit to 24months of employment at a fulltime work schedule offered by the employer; and
  • Not simultaneously receive funds from the Ministry of Health for the Tuition Support Program for Nurses.
Job Qualification


What You Bring to Bayshore:


  • You have a current nursing license in good standing with CNO
  • You have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • You have at least one year of nursing experience (community experience would be an asset)
  • You have proof of a current Negative TB test
  • You have a current/clear vulnerable sector check
  • You possess excellent assessment, documentation, verbal, and communication skills
  • You must have a valid driver's License and access to a vehicle
