We are seeking for a highly motivated and energetic person as a software development, who is familiar with matchmaking algorithm and recommendation system to join one of our startups which actively working in immigration field.

Besides, we require numbers of coding is in machine learning and Depp learning system according to our designed map. This is a very early project where we are seeking someone who wants to build something from scratch.

We are seeking somebody in our team permanently so that we can allocate part of our daily work to the specialist in our team to ensure that the technical part is not going to collapse in the future.

Smart immigration is an innovative startup based on Montreal, which is using matchmaking algorithm, recommendation system, deep learning and ChatGPT to provide immigration services to our clients.

In our startup, for the first time in the immigration filed, we are going to use an AI as a CEO of the company to lead us in the market and make some difference.

As a co-founder, you will have only equity in the company based on the valuation of the company and the time that you can allocate to the business.

This position is not a salary based work but rather we prefer to have a shareholder in our team so that we can ensure about the intellectual property, business secret and infrastructure.

The ideal profile:

• Familiar with, AI, Machine Learning and the relevant technologies associated such as Python, Java, C++, AWS, Azure, AWS.
• Ability to manage and lead a project.
• Startup mentality
• Loves working and building a team

Responsibilities:

• Take commands from CEO.
• Work with designer and engineer to make product look good.
• Be on call 24/7 in case of problems.
• Design new products using sketches and napkin drawings.
• Research new technologies on the Internet.
• Write code.
• Find new talent.
• Hire staff.
• Manage staff.
• Create marketing plans.
• Create a vision for the company.
• Occasionally check in to make sure things are going smoothly.
• Give inspiring speeches.
• Organize key client meetings.
