Accounts Payable Clerk

Surgenor Ottawa is currently looking for a motivated, career-minded, Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast paced admin team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review invoices for accuracy and verify against purchase orders prior to entry into system
  • Reconcile Vendor Statements and prepare payments
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate historical payment records
  • Assist in preparation of month end and year end reports and other accounting duties as required
  • Additional tasks as required

Qualifications:


  • Completion of College Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 13 years of Accounting related experience
  • Ability to easily adapt to various computer software programs
  • Proven Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Most important of all, a great attitude and a willingness to continually learn

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
