Job Summary
The City of Windsor is seeking a Manager Employee Relations to join their team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of services in labour relations and negotiations, participating as Co-chair and Chair of Corporation's Negotiating Committee, preparing minutes of settlement and collective agreements, responding to enquiries regarding matters such as interpretation of collective agreements, legislation and corporate policies and procedures.Responsibilities
- Ensuring the effective delivery of services in labour relations and negotiations for the Corporation.
- Participating as Co-chair and Chair of Corporation's Negotiating Committee when bargaining with five (5) unions and two (2) Associations.
- Maintaining amiable relations with the public and fellow staff.
