    The bigger picture


    We're looking for a dynamic and business‑minded individual to come on board as our Branch Manager to support our branches in Lumsden, Bethune, Holdfast and Southey. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically will play an essential role in leading your branch to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members' needs.

    How you'll be spending your time

    • Developing, coaching, and empowering your branch leaders to ensure the team's delivery of world‑class member advice and experiences
    • Providing your team with the knowledge and skills to meet members' needs and positively impact their financial goals
    • Ensuring your branch delivers financial service solutions that comply with both industry and operational policies, compliance requirements and legislation, while working towards strategic objectives
    • Developing and promoting a strong sales culture, while monitoring and adhering to branch targets, goals and budgets
    • Nurturing and maintaining relationships with internal partners and external providers
    • Promoting an environment that continually seeks and identifies opportunities for improvement
    • As this is a multi‑branch leadership role, you will be required to travel regularly between all four locations to provide hands‑on support, coaching, and operational oversight

    The experience you bring

    • Experience as a people manager and the ability to engage your team
    • Experience in both personal and small business banking, is an asset
    • Solid sales management experience and the ability to market Conexus in your community
    • The ability to build strong relationships focused on providing a great member experience and growing relationships with new and existing members
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Conexus member‑facing applications
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

    Salary Range


    $86,060 – $126,140 with a 15 % Short Term Incentive Target
