As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and deliverables. Provide guidance and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

3.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage any issues that arise to ensure projects stay on track.

4.

Resource Management:
Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including human resources, materials, and budget, to achieve project objectives.

5.

Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and management. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics.

6.

Quality Assurance:
Monitor project progress to ensure the quality and standards set by DLVR only Inc. are met. Implement best practices and quality control measures.

7.

Project Documentation:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

8.

Change Management:
Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while keeping stakeholders informed and managing expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management). Or equivalent college diploma.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the food and beverage industry or related field.
Strong project management skills, including the use of project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
