We are seeking a
Covering Agent **within our influencer talent agency division to represent and manage the careers of various social media influencers.

Must be a positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker who can balance many tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Covering Agent should have an in-depth understanding of campaign management, talent recruitment, and social media marketing.

What you'll do here:

Day to day management of our creators
Work closely with our talent coordinators for campaign execution
Execute campaign management between brands and creators
Internal stakeholder management with our Client Relations team, our Marketing team for reporting, and our Sales Operations team
Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space to help with recruitment of new creators
Present and assist with execution of growth strategies for influencers

What you need to have:

1+ years of experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities.
1+ years experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency).
University degree or equivalent experience
