Manager, End User Solutions & Infrastructure, Monitoring and Execution

What is the opportunity?

You will be responsible for business administration of BRMS System (PEGA), business reports (WebFocus), ETL (Extract, Translate and Load) processes between DB/2 and SQL databases using WebFocus and business system analysis with technical writing.

You will be responsible for facilitating and participating in the business requirements gathering sessions and assist with documentation utilizing Microsoft Office suite.

You will assist solution architect and project owner in leading the development and implementation of the BRMS System (Pega) infrastructure solution based on end to end business processes.

What will you do?

Assist in assessment of the business processes to find potential automation and/or enhancement opportunities
Provide assistance in the BRMS System onboarding of tests including table creation and integration based on documented workflows
Provide reporting for the BRMS System using Web/Focus
Provide assistance and support in the development and maintenance of the Tableau dashboards
Participate in weekly agile sprints to assist in Pega implementation to ensure documented business requirements are met
Assist in the assessment of user acceptance tests during demos at the end of the agile cycle
Assist management to administer meetings by capturing meeting minutes, action items and decisions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Experienced in developing and delivering WebFocus reports
Ability to use WebFocus as an ETL (extract, translate and load) tool between DB/2 and SQL databases
Strong business system analysis experience, including ability to write business and technical requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite combined with professional communication and writing skills
Experienced in business process mapping, with ability to understand and provide advice for potential automation and/or enhancement opportunities
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and with various stakeholders within Monitoring Execution and IT

Nice to have

Knowledge of ecosystem solutions
Knowledge of Confluence / Jira
