Company:

Project Coordinators at Atmosphere Flooring Solutions are an integral and central part of the Commercial Construction team.

Project Coordinators work under the guidance of a Project Manager to accomplish all day-to-day tasks involved in supplying and installing flooring, tiling, and various other specialized finishing products.

A few examples of Project Coordination responsibilities are:

Gathering information from architectural plans, specification documents, and various other sources
Using gathered information to create illustrations and construction plans
Compiling gathered information and created illustrations/plans into a communicable package to distribute to internal team members, clients, and subcontractors
Monitoring project schedules
Initiating material shipments based on project schedules using proprietary software
Performing material takeoff (estimation) and creating quotes for additional work requests

Qualifications:

Familiarity with construction plans such as architectural or interior design drawings
Familiarity with the construction industry in general
Competence using computers and general software such as Excel

Compensation:

- $23-30 / hour commensurate with skill and experience
