- Develop, implement and optimize the sales strategy aligned with market needs, growth and profitability objectives;

- Solid experience in international market development and strategic sales;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
- Results orientation, strategic thinking and analytical skills;
- Bilingualism in French/English, both oral and written;
- Availability for travel within the U.S. and internationally for a minimum of 25% of the time.

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for the company\'s overall commercial strategy, the development of North American and international markets as well as the management of the sales team.
