The Dynamic Sales Enablement Department is a vibrant part of Dynamic Funds that interacts with multiple teams, departments, and individuals across the company.
The primary role of the Manager, Sales Enablement will be to ensure our onboarding and sales training programs are delivered with the highest standard of consistency and professional excellence.
The Manager will report to the Director, Sales Enablement and is responsible for the successful implementation, delivery, and maintenance of:- The Dynamic Onboarding Experience
- Our suite of Sales Enablement Applications; and
- Our Sales Training and Development Programs
Key Responsibilities:
The Dynamic Onboarding Experience
- Work with the Sales Management Team to onboard new members of the Sales Team
- Ensure that new members of the Sales Team are onboarded according to our 'Welcome to Dynamic' Onboarding Program
- Whenever possible, make recommendations to the Director that can enhance our Onboarding Process
Sales Enablement Applications:
Administration, Coordination, and Curation
Administration
- Add and / or remove contacts and content as required
Coordination
- Work with contributing departments to ensure that the appropriate content is added in a timely, appropriate, and accurate manner
Curation
Sales Enablement Applications
- Seismic
- Allego
- Salesforce
Sales Training Coordination
- Allego
- Seismic
- Salesforce
- Facilitate and / or deliver our Internal Sales Applications Training Programs
National Sales Meeting:
Administration and Organization
- The Sales Enablement Team will assist with the organizational aspects of the National Sales Meeting, as listed below:
- Speakers
- coordinate date, time and availability
- Content obtain PPT's
- Work with the organizers / events team on administrative aspects of the NSM
PowerPoint Presentations
- Create PowerPoint presentations as required by the Senior Management Team
Skills and Experience:
- Postsecondary education in one or more of the following areas: Business, marketing, education, training and / or HR experience is strongly preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the financial services, asset management and mutual fund industry
- Minimum 3+ years experience with onboarding and sales training coordination
- Previous experience with corporate training initiatives and / or adult education is preferred
- Completion of industry recognized professional designations in project management, sales training, operational management and coordination or related experience
- Selfstarter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and work with crossfunctional teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to function in a fastpaced environment as evidenced by strong timemanagement, project management and organizational skills
- Posseses extensive knowledge of Mutual Funds, ETF's, Liquid Alternatives, Private Pools, Hedge Funds and The Investment Management Industry in general
- Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Allego, Seismic, and Salesforce is preferred
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
