A Contents Technician will work both in the office building and in the job sites. Part of the job responsibility is to be able to maintain housekeeping. This position requires a variety of cleaning techniques to maintain cleanliness on job sites. Servicing, cleaning and restocking all washroom facilities.
Maintaining cleanliness of both office facilities and job sites.
Working in other contents areas as pack-out, processing, and pack-back clients' contents.
Learning and performing proper contents packing procedures.
Working with our Project Management software, Restorify.
Previous work experience in the restoration industry is considered an asset.
Previous work experience in a cleaning or moving specific role is considered an asset.
Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment.
A valid BC drivers' license is a requirement (with a clean drivers abstract.)
Familiarity with basic technology use, such as a cell-phone and email.
Ability to work overtime and on-call for after-hours emergency work.
